Overview
Aode-75 Sonic Sieve Shaker is a sieving instrument for testing powder particle size distribution which developed and produced by Dandong Aode Test Co., Ltd independently. The instrument uses vibration generated by sonic waves to sieve. The instrument complies with the national standard ¡°***ermination of particle size distribution of fine powder - Method of sieve classification with sonic wave GB/13220¡± and the American ASTME323 and ASTM161 standard. Sonic Sieve Shaker is a precise laboratory sieving instrument for multi-micron particle size powder particles for rapid classification. The sample particle level can be successfully separated in tens of seconds or even less (the minimum particle size is 5 microns) with good reproducibility.

Functional Principle
When the sonic sieve is working, the power mainly comes from the sonic generator. Before the sieving experiment, the standard sieve needs to be superimposed into a closed sieve stack combination ***ce, and the sonic wave generated by the sonic wave generator will push the air vibration pushing piece to combine the closed sieve stack ***ce.
At this time, a columnar air will be formed to drive the air to have up and down lifting movement in the mesh with a vibration frequency of 3600 times/min, forcing the powder on the surface of the sieve to form a three-dimensional throwing motion. Particles that block the mesh are repeatedly lifted and repositioned to allow smaller particles to pass through the mesh, and alternating air lifting movements help to sieve particles smaller than the mesh holes. Larger particles are left on the sieve surface.
In the lower part of the instrument is also installed an intermittent hitter, which eliminates agglomeration in the powder. The percussion alternates between two sides of the sieve to create high-velocity excitation to help break up the caking sample breakdown, clear blockages from the sieve holes, and introduce small particles into the lift gas stream before returning to the sieve for sieving.
