Overview
Aode-100 sample divider is a reduction instrument for laboratory powder and emulsion samples developed and produced by Dandong Aode Test Co., Ltd. The sampling process is carried out through a fixed distribution collecting hopper, which directly allows the sample to enter the perforated collection funnel for centrifugal distribution of samples, and the number of sample division can be adjusted to 900-1100 times/min. The high-precision servo motor drives the perforated funnel to rotate at a constant speed. Subjected to gravity and centrifugation, the sample falls evenly into the containing bottles through the rotating cone channel, and the bottles repeatedly receives the sample for fully automatic dividing. The autosampler also delivers an even equal amount of sample into the distribution hopper. This method of rotating centrifugal sampling can ensure that the deviation of the assigned sample is very small, and it can also make the reduced sample have the representativeness of the original sample.
Components
The sample divider is composed of two main parts: the divider and the automatic sampler. The divider is composed of 7 inch color touch screen, integrated circuit, microcontroller, perforated collection funnel, dispensing funnel, sample bottles, dividing heads and other accessories; The autosampler is composed of 4.3 inch color touch screen, microprocessor, vibrator, equalizer, sample feeding tank, sample feeding hopper and other accessories.
